How do I enter a competition?

To take part in one of our competitions, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit www.alesyo-win.com and choose the competition you would like to join.

2. Read the description carefully and answer the qualifying question.

3. Select the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase.

4. Log into your account or create a new one if you are a new user.

5. Complete the checkout process and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Once the order is completed, you will receive an email confirming your entry.

Where can I find my purchase confirmation and ticket numbers?

A confirmation email is normally sent shortly after your purchase is processed.
This email includes your competition entry details and ticket numbers.
In most cases, emails are delivered within 10–15 minutes, but during heavy traffic periods it may take slightly longer.

If you cannot locate the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Where can I see my tickets on the website?

After logging into your account, click on the account menu located in the top-right corner of the website.
Select “My Tickets” to view all your past and current entries along with your ticket numbers.

How will I know if I am the winner?

Winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at checkout.
If your contact information changes before the competition closes, you must update your account to avoid missing notifications.

If we cannot reach the winner within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

How can I see who won previous competitions?

Results from completed competitions will be published on our website.

How long do competitions remain open?

Each competition clearly displays its opening and closing dates on the product page.
If a competition does not reach the required number of entries, we may extend the closing date.

Who is eligible to participate?

Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Employees of Alesyo Win LTD, as well as their family members or service partners, are not permitted to enter.

What kind of prizes can I win?

All prizes are described on the individual competition pages.
If a prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative of equal or higher value.

Is a cash alternative available?

If a cash alternative is available, this will be mentioned in the competition description.
In some situations, we may offer a cash alternative at our discretion, depending on the nature of the prize.

We collect and process only the data required to administer competitions, manage entries, contact winners, and deliver prizes.

My bank shows the payment as “subscription.” Why?

Some financial institutions label regular or repeated payments as subscriptions for internal categorization.
Alesyo Win LTD does not offer subscription services or recurring payments. Every entry must be purchased manually.
